Due to numerous technical glitches, the opening matches were repeatedly postponed, leading to significant delays in the schedule. At the same time, players reported other serious shortcomings in the tournament\u2019s organization. The company also confirmed that a power outage was the cause of the major delay on the second day of competition. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, the organizers commented on other incidents that gained attention during the group stage. These included the hacking <a href=\"https:\/\/playtogame.com.ua\/en\/tag\/steam\/\" id=\"74\">of Magnojez\u2019s Steam account<\/a> and reports from participants about possible malware on the tournament computers. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to XSE, following an investigation, the administrator responsible for the event&#8217;s technical support was dismissed. The company also reported that the affected PCs had been completely wiped and their operating systems reinstalled, and that some of the computers used in the training area had been replaced. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The official statement was released on the eve of the start of the <a href=\"https:\/\/playtogame.com.ua\/en\/tag\/counter-strike\/\" id=\"233\">Counter-Strike 2<\/a> tournament\u2019s playoff stage, which begins on July 9.
