Fnatic will represent Ukraine at the Esports Nations Cup 2026

The Fnatic team won the Ukrainian national qualifiers for the 2026 Esports Nations Cup in Counter-Strike 2 and earned the right to represent the country in the next stage of the qualifiers.

In the final match of the Ukrainian qualifiers, Fnatic defeated Team Ukraine 2–1. The winning team consisted of three members of the Fnatic organization—fear, jambo, and jackasmo—as well as guest players sdy and DemQQ.

Fnatic’s roster for the Esports Nations Cup 2026:

  • Mykita “jackasmo” Skiba

Following their victory, Fnatic will continue competing in the international qualifying stage among teams from Eastern Europe. The regional qualifiers will take place from July 17 to 19— based on the results, the strongest teams will earn spots on the main stage of the Esports Nations Cup 2026.

In total, following the conclusion of the open national qualifiers, 87 teams from various countries earned the opportunity to compete in the regional stage. Participants will compete in nine regions: Western and Eastern Europe, North and South America, the Middle East and Central Asia, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, South and East Asia, and Oceania.

Based on the results of the regional qualifiers, 24 national teams will be selected to compete in the final stage of the Esports Nations Cup 2026. The Counter-Strike 2 tournament is scheduled for November 10–15, 2026, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The teams will compete for a prize pool of $1.32 million.

The Esports Nations Cup is a new international tournament for national teams, organized by the Esports Foundation in partnership with the ESL FACEIT Group.

Ukraine has just kicked off its match against Bosnia and Herzegovina as part of the Esports Nations Cup 2026: East European Qualifier. The first map of the series will be Dust2, followed by Inferno and Cache.
