S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Almanacs Are Back on Sale, and a Poster Contest Is Underway: What’s New in the Zone

The collector’s almanac based on the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl universe is now available again for purchase directly at ATB supermarkets. Previously, those wishing to obtain a printed copy had to place a pre-order through the retailer’s website.

The retail chain announced this on its social media accounts.

The decision to release an additional print run of the almanac for general retail was made after the previous batches generated significant interest among fans of the game. So now, you can go directly to a store to pick up a copy—no advance reservation is required.

At the same time, “ATB” continues to fulfill orders that have already been placed. Customers who managed to pre-order should receive their almanacs in August according to the scheduled timeline.

There’s also news for collectors. Discounted terms for purchasing special collectible cards will remain in effect until the end of summer. However, this depends on the specific store: the availability of cards will be determined by actual stock levels at retail locations.

“Freedom” or “Duty”: GSC Game World Invites Fans to a Creative Battle

At the same time, GSC Game World announced a campaign poster contest for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 fans. Participants are invited to choose one of two factions—“Freedom” or “Duty”—and create their own poster or flyer.

“Zona needs propaganda—yours,” the developers note.

The organizers encourage participants not only to campaign for their chosen side and recruit new fighters, but also to creatively mock their opponents. The main requirement is that the artwork must look as if it could actually be posted somewhere in the Zone.

Finished entries must be posted with the hashtag #StalkerPosterContest and tag the project’s official pages. Winners will receive S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Cost of Hope game keys and branded Xbox controllers.

Submissions will be accepted until August 31 at 6:00 p.m. CEST (UTC+2).
